Returns and Exchanges

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your products, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Buying items online may be a daunting task, but we will make sure there is absolutely 0 risk buying here. Your satisfaction and positive feedbacks are very important to us. If you have any problems with the items or the service, feel free to contact us: We will do our best to guarantee your 100% satisfaction with your purchase.

Returns and exchanges: 


Email customer service at and include your: Order number & Return or exchange request with a picture of the product, if necessary. 

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the garments back to MAYZIA for an exchange. Any exchange request must be for the same item (different size or color). Any exchange requests wanting a different item will receive a store credit to put towards a new purchase. We will make the exchange upon arrival of your returned item and the exchanged item will be sent back to the customer with no additional shipping charges. Note that we cannot hold items for exchanges or guarantee an item to be in stock for the exchange.


Please email your claim of refunds to and our customer service department will take care of you. If your refunds are approved, then they will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The shipping cost is non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged Items:

Claims for damages or faulty items upon arrival must be reported within 15 days of receiving your items to ensure proper credit. Please email a picture of the damaged or faulty item(s) to and our customer service department will take care of you.
