Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your products, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Buying items online may be a daunting task, but we will make sure there is absolutely 0 risk buying here. Your satisfaction and positive feedbacks are very important to us. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the garments back to MAYZIA for an exchange. Any exchange request must be for the same item (different size or color). Any exchange requests wanting a different item will receive a store credit to put towards a new purchase. We will make the exchange upon arrival of your returned item and the exchanged item will be sent back to the customer with no additional shipping charges. Note that we cannot hold items for exchanges or guarantee an item to be in stock for the exchange.
Please email your claim of refunds to email@example.com and our customer service department will take care of you. If your refunds are approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The shipping cost is non-refundable.

How long will it take to ship my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours only after your purchase. All orders are processed within 24 business hours and shipped within 3-5 business days. Standard shipping to U.S. take 5-14 business days and in rare cases 15+ business days. Standard shipping to other countries take 7-21 business days and in rare cases 30+ business days. Regarding potential delivery delay due to the impact of COVID -19. Standard shipping are free for orders over $50. We provide free express shipping to the U.S., Canada, European countries and Australia for orders over $120 . Express shipping take 2-6 business days. Please note in some countries, customs may cause an additional delay in delivery.
The above times are estimates, and sometimes deliveries may take longer. Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.
When will I receive tracking information:
Within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive notification of your tracking number.

Tips for shipping:
1) For delivering successfully, we suggest you leave your correct email box and mobile number during checkout process.
2) Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by Mayzia. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your package tracking states "returned to sender" or "undelivered" please contact us for steps to retrieve/re-send your package. We offer cancellation on these orders with a $7.00USD cancellation fee if and only if the package is returned to sender rather than wrongly delivered. Of course, if this error is corrected prior to shipment there is no fee associated (please double check your address!).
